PROJECT SUMMARY:

The Project proposes to construct one (1) 4-unit, one (1) 2-unit, and one (1) single family four story buildings. In total, 6 townhouse units and one single family home will be constructed. Parking for 7 vehicles will be provided on site.

The existing structures will be demolished.
